I workout sometimes at home which I am always nude. But I sure do miss the camaraderie of the gym even if I dont talk to any. I feel more energy and push harder when at the gym. Showering in the open showers is good also. But when time is so limited working out at home is the best for now.

I di a limited. workout nude on most days that I don't go to the gym. Seriously considering buying enough equipment for home so that I can skip the drive to the gym and the clothes whenever I work out.

I like the motivation and focus I get at the gym, but wearing clothes is the down side. I like my nude home workouts when I can get them, but its not as fun alone. I'd love to get more equipment and have friends over for workouts. I should probably install a group shower too. That's another bonus of the gym.

At the gym I wear shorts and shoes I always workout nude at home I work out mostly at home but miss the comroere of the gym

Does that mean that your gym lets men work out shirtless?
Wish I could find one that did!
