About Help - Erection In Public

Already when I was a little child a was afraid that somebody could see me nude. Maybe someone was laughing about me, I don't remember anymore.However I love to be nude and to feel nature with all parts of my body. I would like to to to sauna or nudist places, but I am so afraid that I could have an erection in public, also if I don't think about something sexual.I like like to discuss with other men with the same problems and also women to recommend what to do to avoid that.
