Working NudeReturn to Discussions
It's that time of year in Florida when the sun starts to make life warmer, inside and out. My home office gets the morning sun and even with the blinds closed it becomes uncomfortable to work here clothed. Since it's not a problem for me to be nude, I have been spending a lot more time enjoying working without clothes.
Just finished painting the bathroom in the nude. It keeps you cooler when working in a small space, Just have to be careful not to back up into a wall you've just painted or its fun trying to get the paint off :-)Have done my share of nude painting. It's better to back up into a just painted wall while nude than clothed!
I am building a wood-working shop behind the garage. Yesterday was a great day to do it naked. Spent all day outside working on the shop. I always have a pair of shorts handy for unannounced guest, and one showed up yesterday. I simple asked him to stop and I'll be out. It was my only full-time neighbor, who has a unobstructed view of the front of my house and garage. I'm sure he has seen me working outside, nude. He is cool and didn't say a word about my choice of attire. Today, the temps are back into the low 60's, so cloths will be wore. ( damn )
I love working nude in my studio doing everything from cutting stretcher bars and assembling them to painting on the canvas. It feels so good, a sharper sense of creativeness being unhindered by clothing. And it doesn't matter if paint finds it's way onto body parts because it's easier to wash off than clothing.
Living in Phoenix we can work outside naked most of the year...as long as the sun is out! Our back yard is completely private and we have a pool, soit's great to work in the yard and take care of the pool naked. Always do housework naked...why would I wear clothes if I didn't have to... lol

Started off working in office buildings wearing a suit and tie. Soon after beginning to work from home, migrated to doing it nude when practical. Agree the added comfort when nude is positive to the creative process. Often get so involved in my work I forget I'm nude; it's not a distraction.
I lived in Scottsdale for 5 years. I rented homes that had either private or semi-private back yards. I was nude all the time when it was above 70. I'd do yard work and make projects and all that stuff.
I also went to Sycamore Creek hiking. That;s the biggest thing I miss about your area.
