Return to DiscussionsI take off my ring if the skin on my hands is dry (yeah, I'll admit to occasionally lotioning them before bedtime), otherwise I leave it on. I can't imagine sleeping with my watch on, even though I know that there are people who pretty much wear Fitbits 24/7.
I always sleep totally naked - which is the same way I dress at home from the time I walk in from work in the late afternoon - I never have a stitch of anything on. I never wore any rings/jewelry and only a watch part-time till I got an i-phone years ago. Watch is redundant now and I'm much happier having nothing on but the clothes you see - also never wear any underwear. Naked Man
