Nude and No Covers
Return to Discussionsit all depends on the temp. I live without AC and there are a few nights that bare atop the sheet is the only bearable way to sleep. Many nights i start out atop the sheets but part way thru the night i end up pulling a sheet up over me. Last night was that way. Last year while traveling in Indonesia the group stayed at an unAC place. I did feel extra exposed sleeping nude atop the sheet with my random roomie. He made no comment . He himself wore something to bed.
I sleep best nude but with a. cover, just a sheet is fine. A quirk that I can't explain, probably related to some sense of vulnerability when uncovered asleep.
I don't nap well on top of covers even if clothed. But I see a lot of people on TN who sleep just fine nude uncovered. Good on you.
I sleep nude with no covers unless the weather requires it. I don't sleep well when chilled or cold, so covers can range from a thin sheet to lots of blankets. I cannot stand having a doona, quilt or similar as they are too heavy in hot weather.
I always sleep naked. If it's warm enough I'm on top of the covers. But I hate being cold so snuggle under the duvet when the temperature falls.
As for being vulnerable:- Try falling asleep naked on the beach as the summer sun caresses our bodies.
I usually start out with just a sheet on but depending on the temp I may end up uncovered or under a sheet and blanket. I sleep on my side and wake up a lot of times with my butt exposed. Usually cover it back with the sheet. In wintertime I absolutely love sleeping under flannel sheets. Nice and cozy.
