I love the smell and feel of clean new sheets against my naked body and it allows me to fall asleep so quickly with some really nice thoughts going through my head. As such I change the sheets on my bed often and use 100 percent cotton sheets which feel so much better then the cheaper polyester ones. Plus I read somewhere, not sure if true, but polyester constantly against your balls that cause a reduction in testosterome production by the body.

The really great feeling is with bamboo fabrics. They are so smooth, almost feel like silk. Not a cheap option but seem to last really well with great feel. We have bamboo top sheet and grounded fired sheet. We think it is the best mix of all.
