We have got information from almost all members from the above list except 3.

As yet now, no one (those who all are coming) has met them and they did not submit any form which is essential for them being newcomers.
14th is the last day for submission of form. And many of us feel that we should not allow anyone who is completely unknown to all and not furnishing their travel details, phone number etc.
In this situation, we have no other way but to refuse their application.
Really sorry about it for this is for the security for the majority.
I strongly wish to get the info from 3 of them.
