Return to DiscussionsI've shared this in a previous post: my wife, like many others, did not start out as a confident nudist - far from it.
But then she realized that getting confident - like the other women at the resort - was not going to happen by sitting quietly and reservedly by the pool; but by being openly naked in full sight. Simply walking and doing activities around the resort naked, and interacting with other nudists, broke her shyness and built up her confidence.
Now she is totally comfortable being naked around other nudists; to the point where she looks forward to it. I'm super proud of my wife for choosing to embrace full nudity and getting comfortable being seen nude. Not to mention it has made making nudist friends very easy because my wife is so comfortable with social nudity. It's a total win.
I like my wife to be seen naked on the beach and be admired by men and women alike. However, she's not too keen on being looked at.
I've told her there is a difference between staring and being admired, at the moment she can't tell the difference. If someone is looking for too long she will cover up. I don't suppose she's alone in that view.
