I find it difficult sometimes to workout dressed. I know it was partly an exhibitionist thing and also for comfort.

I have some exercise equipment in the basement and usually work out nude, and always shirtless.
On our last vacation, I used the exercise room at two hotels wearing shorts and a shirt and it just didn't feel right.
I sometimes use a hotel exercise room in just shorts, but at one of these hotels the exercise room had a full glass wall facing the lobby and the other one was very busy with mostly female guests, so I left my shirt on in both cases.
