Same old topic.. a bit busier today in the changing rooms after my game of squash... as soon as I get in there I strip off to start cooling down a bit and then hit the communal showers with my squash partner .. two other guys in there getting showered and soaped up with shorts on...Why.. do they do that at home... !!
And when theyve finished they put a towel around them selves before removing the shorts so no one can see... maybe theyve had their penises chopped off... and three more guys came in doing the exact same thing... its so comical to watch... dont they realise all guys have a penis yes all different shapes and sizes... time to get over it and open up a bit Guys.. its ok to be naked in a changing room ... wether your gay straight bi... what ever... we are all guys together chill out with it embrace the naked body.... its great..
have a good naked day everyone :-)

RE:The cover up guys

This time of year, I have a timeshare at a resort in Kissimmee, Florida. The place has a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi in the men's locker room. When I started staying at the place years ago, nudity was the norm. However, over the past few years that has changed. During my week there, they also run a tennis school for college kids. The tennis guys always wear bathing suits in the locker room. On my last night there, two of them came into the area while I was in the jacuzzi (naked of course). They had towels wrapped around their waists really tight but I could see they had bathing suits under the towels. They went into the steam room. When they exited, they still had the towel tightly wrapped around their waists. I thought it was so funny that they didn't want anything to show that they had to have 2 layers (at least) on.

I have to laugh at how some of these prudish people act when naked people are around them. I have an older man at my gym that gets really upset when naked men are walking around the locker room, and sauna area, lol.

Ive been at the same gym for several years and Ive noticed men who used to be nude are opting for underwear in the steamroom and the towel dance now. I really cant understand the change.

I'm surprised that it's an older guy who's upset. Most of us older than 50 yo were accustomed to nakedness in school gym classes, military, etc. At the gyms I go to, it's much more common to see young guys doing the towel dance. But it really varies quite a bit. I was at a university gym twice last week, and one night everybody was comfortably naked, and the next night guys were showering in two layers (except me and one other guy). Just depends.

What is cool though, is that I can be nude and other guys in the sauna can be covered, but they are always friendly and chat with me if a conversation gets started. So they're not acting all judgmental or anything.

Absolutely bizarre, but seems very common these days, sadly.

To me, it's not just the fact that they cover up so much and do the towel dance, but the amount of effort put into the "Don't look at me" things they do. I belong to a health club which has several branches around town and I often will carry a lock and hairbrush with me so I can shower at the facilities if I'm in the neighborhood. My own shower at home is crap, btw. I take the locker farthest from the shower area that I can and walk uncovered to the shower. If you have to take a towel before entering the locker room, I carry it, never wearing it. Some branches are more nude friendly than others.

My "home" base is very phobic about nudity, but there are half a dozen of us who are completely unapologetic about being starkers. One guy takes quite a bit of time shaving, which is cool. I don't shave anything, so...

Only once has anyone ever suggested I cover up. I was stretching in the steam room and a guy said, "Hey man, cover up if you're going to do that!" I said, "I'm sorry. I thought this was a MEN'S locker room." Never saw that guy again.

Earlier this year I saw a guy come into the locker room after his workout, take off his shoes and socks, and then walk to the showers with his shorts, underwear, shirt and even his baseball hat on! It was crazy! I'll never understand that...
