Return to DiscussionsAfter a good workout, there is nothing more relaxing than a sauna.
I love laying out complete nude on my towel and letting the heat hit all my muscles and joints.
I miss the European / German sauna. In Canada Im looked at as a bit nutty for being openly nude , in Europe its the norm aand no one bats an eye or thinks twice about it.

Why would you be nothing but nude in a sauna. Also while it's usually publicly viewed as sitting with towel covering everything, the reality is that most saunas are constructed with the idea of being nude and sitting on the towel, everything uncovered.
