Rail station into Wimbledon station opposite. 3 frequent bus routes into Wimbledon and South Wimbledon. 3 local supermarkets, near to GP services. Street parking available but you will be responsible for the permit (65 per year). Rent includes all other bills. Located in zone 3.
Non-smokers. Male only. Prefer under 45yo but this is flexible.
Please note: this is a NUDIST house. It's not clothing-optional/underwear only or anything like that. Nudity is required in common areas. Please don't apply if total nudity is an issue for you.
Minimum 3 month commitment required. Usual 1 month deposit.
