My involvment in nudism goes way back to when I was in my twenties. I am now aproaching seventy. In my younger days, I was certainly not shy about being nude in the presence of others. Now as I grow older, I am proud of the way I look, considering my age.
Looking now at recent pictures, body wise, I look little different than I did many years ago. I realise that age is bound to catch up with me, sooner or later. As a result, I have as many nude pictures taken as is practical, gladly sharing them in my profile.
In an increasingly obese society in which The Biggest Loser is a popular TV show, perhaps a senior citizen who is proud to be seen nude could motivate others to persue an active lifestyle and a moderate diet.
