Several years ago I was looking for some niche marketing to set me apart from the crowd. A friend mentioned that he wished he had an agent who understood the needs of nudist when he was looking for a home. That's when I dawned on me. Why not combine the two.
Since kicking off bare realtor, my business has ticked up significantly. Naked folks like me now account for about 30% (or more) of my business. I'm very blessed to live and work in such a beautiful part of the country with an average of 350 sunny days per year. Not only do we have many properties with pools and private yards, we also are fortunate enough to have clothes free condo communities.
