RE:Penis PumpsIve seen some guys with massive pumped genitalia and the odd female. I think its like a less permanent form of getting something like nose job or implants. If it is something that makes you feel good about how it looks then I think you should do it. I dont think we should be stopping people from pumping or wearing piercings, its your body so do whatever you want. I would encourage pumping because Ive done it a few times and enjoyed the experience.

Yes pubic hair will stop the pump from getting a good seal. You need to either shave it off or clip it very very close.
