I would prefer Viagra on the basis that erections are harder but like yourself i have headaches or just a "woozie" head afterwards. Also facial flushing. I am now on 2.5mg Cialis daily which does the job - only drawback is that erections are not so hard and also don't last as long if nobody touches my penis. Quite often it therefore goes soft if i am giving oral to the wife.
I've had some results using a cock ring to hold an erection, I've yet to use Viagra or Cialis, the side effects have my concern as most drugs I have taken seem to give me side effects.
Both have serious blood pressure effects and are hard on your kidneys and liver, temporarily like a lot of drugs. There's one condition with Viagra that makes everything go purple or blue and sometimes will make blue or purple haze in your vision field and it's way way worse than you might think, I didn't really get upset about the possibility but no one I met who had this reaction was happy about it. Apparently it's miserable and has a depressive side to it so sexy is the least likely feeling you'll get. Cialis is available in a very low dose format that's much easier to use and works well for guys who want more frequency and more time maximum hard but who function otherwise.
