Body Hair & Masculinity

Return to Discussions

As men, how do you all feel about armpit and pubic hair? Personally, whenever I see a guy with a tank top, I always check out his pits. I feel more 'manly' with hairy pits and a hairy crotch, though you could describe me as kind of 'butch' so maybe it's just me. What do you think?

In looking at your pictures it doesn't appear that you have much body hair. I have very little body hair so I keep it smooth. Personally, I like the look and feel of a hairless male body and never considered it less manly.

Hi! This is one of my favourite topics! I guess I have a fur fetish and love my body hair. I certainly think it separates the men from the boys and gives us that very manly , virile look!I prefer a "natural" appearance and have always felt that guys who go smooth somehow have a prepubescent fixation! :) I'm all for the preservation of the pubes and bat for the bush! Sadly I've been finding my body hair growth diminishing and there now appears to be thinning and some hairless patches. It's all in the process of super maturity! Each to their own of course and what ever feels comfortable and personally appealing. :)

To me that is a person issue. Who cares if you are hairy, whether you have hairy arms pits or pubes. It is manly to be hairy. Nude guys should be able to not have to shave every part of their bodies to get a nude photo taken. Many women love a hair man since it is truely manly. I think you look great nude. Stay a nudist and love every minute of it.

Some men sport the ape man look well, and others are suited to smoothie lifestyle, and I appreciate both, like being right or left handed. Others may even feel they have the Goldilocks middle ground of not too much/not too little. I have more hair growing than I need - including at the tip of my nose, which I pluck out. But otherwise I let it be out of a combination of laziness and pride. As Popeye said, I Yam What I Yam & Dats What I Yam!

I remember being very curious about my dad's body hair at a young age. I got my first pubes at almost 12, my first armpit hairs a few monts later, and my first shave at 13 and a half.

io li accorcio, ho peli lunghi e disordinati e per pulizia ed estetica li accorcio ma mai a pelle, mi piace vedere quel colorito del pelo

I am fairly hairy all over and I like it that way and dont shave or trim and prefer to see other guys who keep it natural. I know we are all different and some men dont like to be hairy but for me it does look more "masculine" than a grown man with no pubic hair lets say. When I was young I could not wait to get some hair on my body and be grown up and like a man so when it started about 12 I was really excited and by about 18 months later I had a big bush hairy balls pits and legs and liked that the other guys at school looked at it in admiration and when I was naked with my dad we both had dark black hairs around our cocks. So I associate hairiness and masculinity.
