Skype grooming tutorials
Return to DiscussionsSo the other day I took part in a trial for a new personal training business. Basically, the trainer took the session via skype video messaging. It felt odd for the first couple of minutes but then I got into it and really enjoyed it. It was just as good as being at the studio. Obviously we mainly focused on body weight resistance as I haven't got a fully equipped gym in my house but I was still sweaty, and out if breath by the end which was a good sign.
It got me thinking... I wonder if guys would want 'live' 1-2-1 manscaping & grooming tutorials. Through the skype or similar service, guys could be taught techniques for a range of grooming essentials whether it be trimming, shaving, waxing or whatever.
What do you guys think? I'd love to hear your thoughts. If there is much of a call for it, then I'll definitely look to set something up. Maybe one of you could be my guinea pig just as i did for the PT.

I think it would be interesting and maybe help some guys out with grooming issues. Whether it be techniques on how to get into those hard to reach areas or just exploring grooming options such as waxing, shaving, laser hair removal. Also you can explore different styles from the full smooth look, trimmed. Would these just be coaching sessions or instructional and interactive. Maybe you can find a way to post some videos that covers grooming maybe on a site like Vimeo

The sessions can be whatever really, and it's you guys who will help to shape the final product so to speak. I could look at videos but the key point is about helping an individual with specific needs as opposed to generic instructions.

Hi Steve I would definitelylike to learn how to on video rather than reading it. Then go try it and forget what was read. If was a video we could rewind and watch it as we are trying it.
So I think this would be of great benefit to all.
