Fitness Instructor Nudists

Howdy!!! Teach spin (indoor cycle) at textile gymnasium. For
comparison, also lead running, hiking, water aerobics and weightlifting
at nudist club. Observation: nudity encourages greater exertion and
diligence. I'd guess a 10% greater caloric usage, and a good 50% higher
average attendance. Nudity is fun, and fun motivates. Interesting.

Am big proponent of mirrors and workouts. Body awareness, indeed. Visual reinforces the mental focus on particular muscle set. And being able to see entire body as it performs the given exercise increases that visual data. The entire effect, seeing the individual activated muscle set, and the entire body's reaction to the activity, is emphasized. You move nude. You watch nekkid. You strengthen, bare and laughing. Perfect.

Had occasion this summer to lift nude with great fit bud, Nature Nerd, at nudist resort. Was totally fun and, indeed, more effective than textiled lifting. We got some great vids and pix showing muscles in operation. Gotta figure out how to advance social nudism back to Greek model. Nude weight lifting is way way fun and effective!! Thanks, Nature Nerd!!!!!

Another note, this week tested nude swimming in open water as fitness method. Puget Sound. Temps chilly. 1/2 mile swim. Across a narrow channel and back. Swimming nude always exhilarating for me. Swimming in open, salt water increased enjoyment. One, buoyancy. I'm a good swimmer, but I don't float in fresh water. So salt water delightful boost. Second, the connection with the salt water on full body as you flow, primeval electric. Third, COLD!!!! The body is working so hard not to thermally cease operation, you get a double workout. I was STARVING once I'd warmed up. Shrinkage? Check the posted pic. There was so much retraction, I thought the landing gear would never ever come down again! LOL
