Hints for driving naked

But to start off driving nude...start in the mornings or evenings with the sun not yet up or has gone down. Its a start and then go from there. I drove to west New mexico and back from San Antonio nude last year. It was GREAT :)
Here in Southern Californina, it gets warm and most everyone has tinted windows. In the past, a dark tint would get you a ticket but I think the cops have eitherk stopped ticketing for dark tint or don't even give it much thought and ignore it. My high profile trucks have always had dark tint which made it easier for me to drive naked but it wasn't always like that. I've been driving naked for close to 20 years. For the past 15 ... I've driven naked most of the time. Back and forth to work, running errands and driving to and from nude venues such as the beach, clubs and resorts. In all cases ... I always have a pair of shorts nearby. Driving without a shirt is pretty common for men and when I would get in a situation where a vehicle next to me might have a view ... I simply covered my lap. Later ... I would sit on sarongs or pareos and just grab one side and fold it over my lap. The key is ... ensure you genitals are covered. They might see some bare hip area but if they can't see your penis and or testicles ... they'd be hard pressed to complain to a cop that they saw your possible nude hip! In the beginning, I too drove naked in the early mornings or evenings when it was dark. After the dark tint ... I drove naked all the time and still do. Some "hardcore" nudists think you have to be completely naked to prove some point but ... sometimes I will drive with just a sport shirt or hawaiian shirt on and unbuttoned. They are easy enough to pull closed and cover you genitals if the time arises. Good luck and Drive Naked! :D
Totally agree with Andy. When I drive back from the beach I just have a wrap I sit on and when I get to the toll booths I just flip it over my lap. Same for when I come up on a Semi. I do not let cars hang out on my rear corners. I speed up or slow down a bit so they have to pass quickly. Have local/state cops and Sherrifs pass me and they never seem to carebut I have the wrap over my lap when I see them comming up on me. Enjoy the ride and be safe. Mark
Why all the caution! I drive naked when it's hot (and men would drive topless) or after dark mostly. But I have driven naked in daylight when it's not hot too. Just keep moving. Innitially I had something to pull over my genitals if I was stopped in town, but now I don't care. Sometimes I even drive without any clothes or other covering in the car. Someone pointed out that a lorry driver or coach passenger can see down into my car. I found out how true that is on a recent coach trip. I hope they enjoy the view.
I agree Sailer. Driving nude isn't for anyone else but ME ... and my wife. We do it for comfort for us and not to see how far I can push driving naked with the possiblity of someone seeing me. I would not drive naked if I didn't have the vehicle I have, the precautions I've taken or the cover of darkness to ensure I was not seen. TOO many people think it's their right to mind everyone else's business but their own. I don't need to see if I can get away with driving naked in situations where I could be seen. It's not about being seen for me or my wife. So ... we are "cautious!"
I like to joke, "it's not THAT big!". LOL
But really, when you think about it, it is kind of hard to see someone's crotch while driving. 90% of drivers are too wrapped up in a phone call or texting to notice your wiener. Even if they did have an angle to see your crotch, in the split second that usually allows them the opportunity to see in your car they won't register your nudity.
Yes, carry a towel or some other coverup. You may pull up next to a school bus.
I only drive at night on two lane, little traveled, country roads. I take clothes, but as an added precaution I sit on a robe so I can slip it on if need be. I also take slippers. That way if I'm stopped I can quickly put on the robe and slippers and tell whomever that I couldn't sleep and went out for a drive. I never go to far from home so that will be a plausible explanation!
It's been down right cold for us Southern Californians. I am dressed in long pants, and layered on up to a lightweight jacket. TOO much stuff to have to put on and take off so I'm shelving driving naked until it warms up a bit more and I'm back to wearing shorts and flip flops.
