My usual response to any question about naturism in Greece... go to the Cap'n Barefoot site.
We only got to spend one day there while on a cruise, but there is a nude beach in Faliraki. Don't make the mistake we made thinking the water taxi that drops you off in the center of the main Faliraki beach will leave you close enough to walk to the nude beach. Other beaches where you can be nude are covered in the Cap'n Barefoot site. There is also a naturist hotel (Naturist Angel) on the northern side of the island.
