Return to DiscussionsThe wife and I love this beach, its our happy place. Great facilities on the beach, toilets, showers and a lovely taverna selling drinks, ice creams and a great selection of meals, although this beach is entirely naturist you do need to cover up in the taverna. Sun beds and parasols can be hired but there is also plenty of room for sunbathing on your own blankets / beach towels. Beach shoes are recommended as the entrance into the sea is a little painful under foot, but its worth it because once your in the sea the snorkelling is amazing. There is an gay area of the beach at the far end. Parking is limited but is available next to the beach, further parking is a small but steep walk up the hill.
Jealous. We spent a day in Rhodes on a cruise and hired a cab to take us to Faliraki. We were dropped off at the regular beach and quickly realized the hike to the nude beach would have taken too long. We had already spent a nude day on Elia Beach in Mykonos, but had to stay in a small area at the end of the beach where our blanket was set up on some rocks. Being able to find a spot to put our blanket down on the beach itself would have been nice.
