Naked In The Hospital

For those who have spent time naked in the hospital (other than for quick procedures or changing into a grown). Do you feel more or less comfortable when you are naked in front of health professionals? What have your experiences been with surgery and nudity? Health professionals are welcome to respond.

l recently had back surgery, and l keep wondering about my nakedness after l was under the anesthesia. I know they had to remove the gown in order to turn me over on my stomach and move me to the table, with feet higher than my head, and that they had to wash a good sized area around the surgical site. Compression socks were put on and removed. When l woke up, my gown was "sort of" on, but pretty much just laying on top of me, with a blanket on top of that. Stick-ons, for what l suspect were heart monitors, were still there, on my sides, about 6-8"below my waist. I wondered if the surgical team noticed my all-over tan. Does anyone else wish, after they've awoken, that they had more information about what wemt on while they were "under"?
