Many people believe that you need formal training as a massage therapist or expensive additional qualifications to pamper your intimate areas with tantric care.

But I've had a completely different experience.

True friends or even family members (especially those from the naturist community) are sometimes quite capable of empathizing with the recipient during a massage and giving them, through beautiful rituals, precisely the massage they desperately need.
Our strength lies in our shared nakedness, and we intuitively know what is beautiful and good for us. Of course, you shouldn't expect a sports massage. But the spectrum of an oil massage opens up so much more scope and space for sensations that I would only choose this form of treatment now.

Soon we can massage outdoors again. You should treat yourself to this form of care and connection with God, in the form of a friend or dear family member, at least twice a month. Our strength lies in our shared nakedness, and we intuitively know what is beautiful and good for us. Massages allow us to dissolve and experience oneness with the universe.
