RE:Age doesn't matter

Almost all our problems arise out of mental stress and trying to be something we are not. Once you you are pen and honest , starting with stripping away the mask of your clothes , you know you don't have to care about what others think of you and you can face up to any situation!

RE:Age doesn't matter

Absolutely, age is a flawed concept, age is a mental construct that is mutated in a negative manner by Society. One of my life mottos is, stay fit, 65 is the new 20, if you earn it. By doing a few simple things such as learning to understand good nutrition and how to apply that on a continuous consistent basis and understanding why vitamin and mineral supplements are absolutely necessary because our food supply has been destroyed over the decade since the end of World War II, and by doing a reasonable amount of physical effort every day even if you don't train like an athlete oh, and most importantly keeping the mindset of a young vibrant person, can I allow anyone to experience life like a twenty-year-old even at 65 or older.
