Waking Up Stiff--try YOGA!

As we age, waking up stiff takes on a whole new meaning, viz. trying to get our aging bodies in motion for another day. I've found yoga to be a great way to start the day. One or two mornings a week I'm part of a senior yoga group that meets first thing in the morning, geared towards folks our age--often called gentle yoga or easy yoga. Other mornings I try a few basic moves in bed, since my back often hurts when first getting up, and continue for forty-five minutes or so once up and moving around. Any other naked seniors into yoga or other ways of keeping limber?

I try to fit yoga into my day - I have found doing the 30 day challenges on youtube (try Leslie Fightmaster or Yoga With Adrienne) good ways to keep consistency of practice.
