Return to DiscussionsWell, I'm 63 and you can decide how old you think I look. Some days I feel like I'm in my 40's and some days I feel like I could be 80 when I over do it at the gym. Regardless, I'm just enjoying the age I happen to be when I'm enjoying it.

You guys all look great and, from what you say, we're only as "old" as we let ourselves be. Remaining active and keeping our minds stimulated is the best way to not let age get the best of us. BTW, I just turned 71 this past Spring, never felt better!
