Just my opinion as experiencing both nudist camps/resorts and nude beaches when someone ask me which they should visit first I always suggest a nude beach first as you can dress - undress at your comfort level, you can mix with others at the beach or stray down the beach for solitude . at a resort/camp some will let you dress-undress first visit as you get comfortable with your surrounding but some are true nudist venues where they expect you to be nude plus at the resort/camp you have to follow they're rules and sure beaches have rules but minimal ones.
