Nude workout
Return to DiscussionsI usually workout in the nude. I find it more stimulating and gives me added energy to complete the lost of exercises. Being nude lets me see areas that i want to work on. My workout needs only a floor mat and a 20 pound dumbbell . Workout takes about an hour. I also like to workout at the resort that i frequent. Most of the time im there by myself. I should say i like exercising because it keeps me string to be able to do the things i like in life. It would be fun to have a workout partner.
I work out in my basement with minimal equipment also. Usually nude and always shirtless. Don't know if I could ever work out dressed at this point.
Got a mirror so I can see the muscles working.
Hopefully will give me inspiration to be more diligent in my workout!

Only problem is that at my age and weight. I see more of excess fat giggling than muscles working!

I actually did work out clothed in 2 different hotel fitness rooms while traveling.
Certainly didn't feel right, but better than going a full week without working out.
Worse yet, because of the particulars of the arrangements, I even wore a shirt in addition to shorts.
One room had a full glass wall facing the lobby which doubles as a breakfast room and the other was crowded with mostly female guests.
