In a private setting of course the interest can be more obvious, if it's an adult space.
It does not make you superficial at all. I realized that many people see that as well, I had so many people say nice bush to me and I just laugh because I never really think about it. I do not even trim or anything. So I forget about it until someone says something to me about it!
