Do you sleep nude?
Return to DiscussionsI do. I was 19 or 20 years old when I started. I had just moved out of my parents house out on my own. I remember waking up one night in a big knot of sheets and boxer shorts from having tossed and turned in my sleep. In the process of freeing myself from that mess, parts of me got caught between my leg and fabric and was pinched. Angered and frustrated, once I untangled myself the boxers came off. I've slept nude every night since. At first getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom or to get some water, I was quick and quiet as I didn't want to run into a roommate. That didn't last long. Before long I would stroll out of my room fully nude either overnight or in the morning to get a cup of coffee before showering and heading off to college classes or work. It seemed so normal and came so naturally that it never occurred to me that others I lived with at the time might of had a problem with it even though no one had anything to say about it one way or another.
When i was first in the military, they suggested to sleep nude and no underwear. Because we did so much physical activity, you might chafe and to have your body recoup. A knew several people started to sleeo nude all the time and stop wearing underwear. One time we had to share out tent with another unit. Their women tent was not store right and when they started to put it up, it had holes in it. We all couldnt sleep and about 12 am, we were playing cards. The guys wanted the women to play. One woman said she loved to play butbshe was nude in her sleeping bag. We just said it was ok to play nude. She hopped over and was playing with us. Half the guys were nude too. What i did was, took off my clothes and kept them in my bag. I had them rolled up like a fireman. I didnt want insects or animals in my clothes and to kept them warm. I put my clothes back on to play cards. When i was in the service, about 30% of people went to bed nude that i seen.
