I'm trying to relocate from Vancouver Washington to the Charlotte or Concord area of North Carolina and I am strongly looking for any advice and information do where to move to from this area to that area please hit a brother up!!! I'm in dire need. I'm currently on the capital h e n program here in Washington State as well as the area agency for the Aging and I am trying to transfer those services to the Charlotte area or somewhere North Carolina where the rent's reasonable
