Return to DiscussionsIt was 80 f in Michigan today, a good day to check out the trails on the local government land. The first trail had been worked up, so they good have a controlled burn. It is about 1.5 miles long. I hope they keep it moved. The second trail is several years old but in good shape. Need a few small wind falls cleanup. I hope to get at the clean up next week. The third trail has been moved but I didnt have time to check it.
Hiked nude about 3.5/4 miles, I sure enjoy the wind and sun on my nude body. One trail has several benches where you can catch some sun. Look forward to this summer.
I have a question for you guys, how do you keep the deer flies, mosquitoes and other insects from biting?
April 16 , 2023 . Got to the beach past 3 days when temps were in the 70's with sunshine . Naked there laying out on my beach towel . I use Deep Woods Off . Works with mosquitos and deer flies . But always carry it with me to the beach , because some of those flies are immune to Deet . Spray them when they land , so am able to swat them dead .
Wife and I had our first visit to our favorite Michigan state park this season on Monday. We were the only two enjoying the gorgeous weather on the secluded skinny-dipping beach. The hike through the forest between the parking lot and the beach is a mile. Leaving the beach, I hiked naked about half way back to our car. Could have been nude the entire way and in the parking lot and not run into anyone.
