Testosterone Booster

Return to Discussions

Any of you guys take a testosterone booster? I am not talking about the script from the doctor but a natural herbal formula. I did a lot of reading and Amazon has amazing information too with reviews. I am thinking about trying it out. I have plateau my weight loss and still want to lose another 10 or so pounds. Everything I am reading is very encouraging. Increase energy, sex drive, better concentration, weight loss, and better workouts. Please share your experiences. Thanks!

RE:Testosterone Booster

I am switching to more of a plant based diet. Im not giving up meats totally but more of a plant based diet will raise free testosterone levels. A great informational documentary on plant based diets is The Game Changers. Its loaded with great facts! Its worth the 1.5 hrs to watch it. I was very skeptical but I have changed my mind quite a bit.

RE:Testosterone Booster

I just completed 3 weeks with the supplements and I am pleased. Did a good bit of research and looked at reviews on Amazon and decided what I wanted to accomplish and what supplements would help me achieve my goal.

Multivitamin - Decided on Men's One a Day for over 50 - Perfect for me.

Testosterone Booster for Men - Test Boost Advanced Male Enhancing Pills - Testosterone Booster with Horny Goat Weed - Test Booster Muscle Builder - Energy Libido Booster with Tongkat Ali - WOW is all I can say. My energy level is up and I have lost 4.5 lbs already and really did not change my diet. Being much more active I am sure is why I finally started to lose those last 10lbs.

L-Arginine 1,000 mg, Nitric Oxide Precursor, Amino Acid - Enhanced my energy. I am 2 weeks in taking this supplement. It enhanced the testosterone booster and I get much better sleep my erections are rock hard again and not unusual to wake up with massive morning wood.

So far super pleased. Nice to get back what we lose with age.

RE:Testosterone Booster

I just watched "The Game Changers" about a week ago, it makes a lot of sense, and I can see why it would make a difference in life. I am really considering do it myself. I am in the process of finding some recipes and things that I like to make the change, I still have homework to do on this subject. It is going to be hard to do, cause I do love a good steak, but I do think that it is worth trying. I know that going all in is not going to work for me right away, so I am going to ease into it. We'll see how it goes. Any tips or tricks that anyone could add to this would be very much appreciated... Thanks.

I researched this, too... vitamin D aspartic (3000mg); Fenugreek (610mg); Magnesium (400mg); and my doctor said to add Boron (5mg). May be a bit tmi, but my sex drive is way up, my ropes have increased, and I have lots of energy. I quit taking the testosterone shot a year ago and have been doing this since.

We are all adults here. Definitely not TMI.

I tried some supplements but they did nothing for me. In my own body awareness, I believe it's more important to loosen tight muscles around my groin which I believe restrict blood flow such as the inner thigh adductors. Working on anything with muscles is a long and slow process that usually gets worse before it gets better: before I was tight and numb, now I'm tight, numb and sore. But I believe that's my best path over any supplements right now. No results to show for it, but I'll continue for a while yet and see where it goes.
