It would be sure nice if someone in the SPOKANE WA area would throw a party. I have to feel people in this area are a bit prudish

Have YOU considered being the one to throw this party? If not, maybe you should. If you look down through the topics here, it seems most are asking about partys in their area, but very few who are actually having them.
