I seem to be the only person replying who is local. I am not young or female. Does that rule me out?
I'm a bit nearer than the others so far - just down the A1 or east coast main line in North Yorkshire. I'm old and male but could be a good subject for your camera. Message me if interested. BTW no copyright on my photos, use them as you wish.
Hi Grumpy, I do not understand how you can say you are the nearest so far. York is at least 2hrs 30 mins from Edinburgh by train.I am 20mins from Edinburgh by train 45 mins by bus and 2hrs by car!!!!! however when we get our new Queensferry crossing bridge ( I call itthe third forth bridge)costing about 1 billion pounds the car journey might be shortened by 2minutes. However the risk of falling into the river forth from a rusty structure will be considerably reduced. Have a good day.Duncan
