Getting back into clothes for yoga
Return to DiscussionsWhen things shut down in March 2020 due to Covid, my regular yoga classes (clothed) went virtual. At home I got accustomed to doing the classes nude (why not?), and during nice weather have been able to do them in the back yard, which has been a delight. I do miss the community of live classes, though. My first in-person session was a nude men's class last week while traveling. Time to move on, though. Tomorrow I will venture out to my regular class, and will be glad to see everyone. But it will be interesting to observe how my body reacts to clothing. Funny how you can get so used to doing things naked.
