Hello everyone, I am very impressed. Really. In the photos it looks pretty relaxed with you.
I'm over 60 and just starting out with yoga.

I'm with you on just starting out; I had started a daily regimen and the world got a little busy and had to stop. I'm now trying to get back on the bandwagon with a morning routine and keep it up. It really helps the lower back. Anybody else in the same boat?
