For a longtime have enjoyed the freedom of clothes free exercise, whether it's walking, swimming or in the gym.Since becoming a personal trainer , we have now started to offer a clothing optional session for our clients.Is slowly becoming popular with a varied age group and both singles and couples exercising.With the onset of covid made it harder, but with home workouts becoming more popular, more are interested in the clothes free option.Awesome! The more who experience nudity at home, the greater support for nudism/naturism.

I second that. Awesome. I exercise at home or out in the woods, just because I enjoy it so much more if I can be naked. A little more social interaction would be nice.
