Nudist Cooking

This is a Group were we can not only talk about cooking in the nude but share our Recipes and photos of what we cook

2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey
1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice.....I had half at the beginning and add more depending on the need
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 jar Classico Spicy Red Pepper Spaghetti Sauce
14 oz can of Diced Tomato
1 cups chopped onion
cup chopped celery
cup chopped green bell pepper
cup chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon ground black pepper
teaspoon dried oregano
teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2 cups canned red beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:
Step 1
Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

Step 2
Add all ingredients to a large kettle. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. I sometimes let it go longer. It seems even better

Step 3 (Optional)
Place in bowl. Add a teaspoon of sour cream and/or shredded cheese...
