Ingredients
2 cans Chicken
15 oz can Corn Kernels
15 oz can Diced Tomatoes, drained
5 cups Chicken Broth
cup Onion, chopped
cup Green Pepper, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
Tortilla Strips

Directions
1. In your slow cooker, add in the corn, tomatoes, stock, onion, pepper, garlic, and spices. Cook on low for 3 hours. Add in the drained canned chicken and cook for another half hour. Pour into bowls and top with cheese and tortilla strips.
