Return to DiscussionsStarting today Diane and me are teaming up with Want2bfree and giving each other support in our quest to lose weight and get healthier. You may have seen our first pics of how we look now posted yesterday. We plan on weighing ourselves every Monday and reporting our weight at that time by message. Pics will be posted once a month . Houndawg, weve been emailing each other. You can email me any time. Weve been reeling each other what weve lost. I have a couple of different people emailing me. I havent lost any. Getting my head back into starting today. Yesterday I jogged a mile and a half today I did weights. I work tonight and the next two nights (maybe depending on snow)
