Anyone in the bourbon trail areas of Kentucky that has a good idea of places to stay - Looking to come visit for a few days at the end of February, first part of March 2021. Anyone with insite on what locations are a must to visit

Depending on your time there, I'd recommend the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. It's a list of many distilleries that you can travel from Lexington to Louisville (or vice versa). When I did it, there were 9 on the trail but I think it has grown a bit (18 now). You can get the info at

I did 3 a day that gave me enough time to do tours and travel to the others.

You are going to the right place for bourbon! The Jailer's Inn in Bardstown is said to be haunted....we stayed but did not catch the spirits. Buffalo Trace and Makers Mark offer great tours. Jim Beam has a nice Stillhouse experience. Remember to check for modified COVID schedules. If you stay in Louisville, there is an Old Forester tasting room close to Yum Center. It is nice and I tasted all four "year" bourbons there. I will poke around the bourbon groups on other must-see sites. Louisville has some excellent bourbon bars. Cheers!
