Return to DiscussionsI have several security cameras around my home and property and I often review video of myself in and around the place. Its fun. Anybody else do this?
There are lots of ways to look at yourself. Of course I do or wouldn't be in this group. No that I am a narcissist but it creates a self awareness about appearance. Its a little like listening to your recorded voice. OMG, do I really sound like that or OMG do I look like that? Then...OK, thats what it is. Im good with it.
I cannot talk about a security video, but these days phone camera's are from good quality and i prefer a timer than the stick or arms in the air pics. Not much of a mirror looker myself. But it is good to have a good look at yourself from a distance. Maybe you are more aware of how others you see.
