Anyways..this weird idea came to me when i was unable to fall asleep one
night..what if we were to make nudism a religion of some sort or
something like that? wouldn't we have more legal ground to stand on
then?

good thought but don't think it would work i have read where folks have put on nude plays on the beach and sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't, i think in vermont and oregon you probably wouldn't have a problem but the other 48 states i think you would unless you were at a location sanction for nude use.
