Beginner AB Workout

Start warm up with 30 seconds of jumping jacks.

Each of the following have 15 seconds rest between
20 crunches
20 heal toe while on back (10 each side)
20 twist side to side while in up cruch position
20 mountain climbers (10 each side)
20 leg raises
30 second in plank position
Repeat up to 3 times whatever your abs can stanf.
