RE:First time SUP

Paddleboarding is my wife's favorite nudist exercise. At the resort, if we're not in the pool or socializing with friends, we can often be found on the lake paddleboarding.

Our first time had a "twist." It was actually her idea to try paddleboarding nude; and I was the "reluctant one" (I can't swim very well). So she went out by herself; and only realized halfway through how "exposed" she was - having to keep her legs quite apart to stay balanced. But she ended up just finding it mostly "humorous."

That was a few years ago and she is now quite unconcerned with "modesty" on the paddleboard; rather focusing on the exercise itself and the natural lake surroundings. And it's funny to hear other women occasionally positively commenting on it; stating they wish they had her "courage"l lol!!

I'd like to try it but think it will take a lot of trial and error. As I've gotten older, my balance isn't what it used to be. I also have this vision that doing it nude I will end up going over and catching the PB's edge between my legs! LOL Not sure if swim shorts would help anyway!

The boards are really pretty stable, not sure how good your knees are but up on them first then as get up is tough but when fall off the board does not usually flip that way and usually goes the other direction from you.

Welllll ... that's good to know! I may rent one and try it then. If I like it and can do it, I'm sure Di will be so happy when I buy yet another toy! LOL
