Learning more about it and getting to know more nudists helped me to open up and now I'm more confident and have embraced my body for what it is now. :)
from northern California and i think most of my life i have always been comfortable naked, sadly my husband wasn't so for many years i didn't explore it more. for me it started in English schools where showers where mandatory so being naked with mates was easy. now a widow i am always naked at home and anywhere i can be...happy naked days to everyone
From Melbourne, Australia. A nudist since aged 17 at home and garden when circumstances allowed. My late wife tolerated it. Became a social nudist following her death 9 years ago and love it 24/7 whenever the weather allows or the house is warm enough. Open fires in winter are wonderful.
