building. It's situated a block away from the M/R subway with
easy access to the express E/F subways or the LIRR station at
Forest Hills. Great for commuting to midtown Manhattan or in
the opposite direction if you wish to go out to Fire Island or
points east. Austin street is a short walk away for shopping,
restaurants, nightlife & entertainment. 2 NYSC gyms are
within walking distance. Your bedroom includes a private
bathroom with shower, no tub, a huge walk-in closet, and large
windows which overlook the street. I am looking for a fellow
male nudist, someone neat & clean, upscale person, employed out
of the house, prefer a regular 9-5 type schedule, no substances of
any type allowed in the apartment, non-smokers only. I'm
