I'm open to all races but prefer a guy who is into the nudist lifestyle. Age preference is 25 to about 45. Must have a stable job, respects other people's property, trust worthy. $550 is the rent with all utilities included. The property has a pool and small fitness room. Easily accessible to everything and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
